1. Hotel-style linens and towels
Guests notice fresh linens the second they walk in. Every turnover strips beds to the mattress, remakes with off-site-laundered sheets, and swaps every towel — bath, hand, face, kitchen and pool. Multi-property hosts typically use pooled linen inventory laundered by the vendor between turns.
2. Amenity restocking
Consumables — toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee pods, laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap — are restocked from host-supplied inventory at every turnover. Inventory is tracked; you get a reorder notice before you run out. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are refilled to host preset.
3. Damage reporting with photos
Every turnover produces a photo report — condition on arrival and departure — and a damage report if anything is broken, stained, or missing. 4. Staging and welcome setup
