These terms govern your use of Florida Cleaning Direct. In short: we are a free matching service for Florida cleaning, the quotes and the cleaning work belong to the independent local companies we introduce, and your agreement for the clean is with them.

Using Florida Cleaning Direct
1. What we do — and what we do not do
Florida Cleaning Direct is a lead-generation and matching service operating only in Florida. We do not clean homes or businesses, employ cleaners, own equipment or set prices. When you submit a quote request we introduce you to up to three independent cleaning companies that serve your ZIP code. Any booking, scope of work, price, schedule, payment, guarantee and liability is agreed directly between you and the company you choose.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be 18 or older and be the owner, tenant, manager or authorised agent for the property you are requesting cleaning for. Submit accurate contact details, ZIP code and property information: matched companies quote flat rates from what you tell them, and a wrong home size or condition is the most common reason a quote changes on arrival.
3. Quotes, pricing and no cost to you
Our service is free to homeowners, landlords and businesses; matched cleaning companies pay us a referral fee for qualified leads. Prices, ranges and tables published on this site are researched estimates for the Florida market in 2026 and are not offers. Only a written quote from a matched company is binding, and only that company can change it.
4. Vetting, and its limits
Before a company receives leads we verify Florida business registration, a current general-liability certificate of insurance, worker's compensation where crew size requires it, employee background checks and trading history. Verification is a point-in-time check that we repeat annually; it is not a warranty of the outcome of any individual clean, and it does not make us a party to your agreement with the company. Report a problem through our contact page and we will re-match you at no cost and review that company's standing.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit false or automated requests, scrape the site, resell our content, or use our forms to solicit our network. Site text, pricing tables, checklists and articles are our copyright; you may quote short excerpts with a link, but not republish pages.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The site and our matching service are provided as is. Content, including pricing and checklists, is general information and not legal, tax or insurance advice. To the extent permitted by Florida law, Florida Cleaning Direct is not liable for damage, loss, theft, injury, missed appointments or unsatisfactory work caused by an independent cleaning company, and our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us, which is normally zero.
7. Privacy, changes and governing law
Data handling is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the revision. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes are heard in the Florida courts.
