Florida Cleaning Direct is a Florida-only lead-generation service. This policy explains what we collect when you request cleaning quotes, who receives it, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.

What we collect and why
1. Information you give us
When you submit the free-quote form we collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, service type, property size and any details you type into the notes field. Cleaning companies applying to join the network submit a business name, contact details, Florida business registration, insurance certificate details, service area and crew size. We do not ask for, and you should never send, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or gate or alarm codes through our forms.
2. Information collected automatically
Our servers log IP address, browser and device type, referring page and the pages you view, which we use to spot form abuse and to understand which Florida metros and services need better coverage. We use privacy-respecting analytics and functional cookies only; we do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell browsing profiles.
3. Who receives your quote request
A maximum of three vetted cleaning companies serving your ZIP code receive your request, plus our own team and the service providers that host our site, database and transactional email. That is the entire distribution list. We never sell your details to data brokers, never resell them to a wider list of contractors, and never pass them to companies outside the Florida network you requested. By submitting the form you consent to those matched companies contacting you by phone, text or email about your request.
4. How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained for 24 months so we can resolve disputes, verify that a matched company honoured its re-clean guarantee and keep pricing data accurate. Partner application records, including licence and insurance verification notes, are kept for the life of the partnership plus 24 months. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for matched companies to contact you. Send the request through our contact page and we complete it within 30 days. To stop texts, reply STOP to the message; to stop calls from a specific company, tell that company directly and let us know so we can log it. Deleting a lead record does not delete the copy already sent to the matched companies, so include them in your request if that matters to you.
6. Children and security
Our service is for adults arranging cleaning for property they own or rent; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled databases, with lead records visible only to our team and the matched companies. No online service can promise perfect security, so we limit what we collect in the first place.
7. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date shown above. Material changes to who receives your data will be described on this page before they take effect. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy, which sits alongside our terms of service.
